Before You Start Building

The Rivett build requires preparation. Before diving into assembly, make sure you have:

Step 1: Chassis and Subframe

Begin with the foundation of your Rivett. The chassis components provide the base for everything else:

• Mount the front subframe to the chassis
• Attach suspension components - struts and springs
• Install the rear axle assembly
• Secure all bolts with the 10mm wrench

Step 2: Engine Installation

The engine is the heart of your Rivett. This step requires careful positioning:

• Lower the engine block onto the motor mounts
• Connect the transmission to the engine
• Attach the clutch and flywheel assembly
• Install the starter motor and alternator

Step 3: Fuel and Electrical Systems

Without fuel and spark, your engine won't run. Complete these systems carefully:

• Fuel tank: Install in the rear, connect fuel lines
